摘要:
目的:觀察低濃度醫(yī)用臭氧局部注射治療軟組織損傷疼痛的臨床療效及安全性。方法:將107例符合要求的軟組織損傷患者隨機(jī)分為2組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組55例,采用低濃度醫(yī)用臭氧局部注射治療; 對(duì)照組52例,采用糖皮質(zhì)激素局部封閉治療。分別于治療前和末次治療后1個(gè)月隨訪時(shí)采用自擬軟組織損傷疼痛評(píng)分表評(píng)定患者治療前后軟組織損傷疼痛評(píng)分及臨床療效。同時(shí)在治療過程中嚴(yán)密觀察患者不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況,并采用自擬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)患者的不良反應(yīng)進(jìn)行分級(jí)。結(jié)果:①2組患者治療前疼痛評(píng)分及治療前后疼痛評(píng)分差值比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.592,P=0.875; t=-0.187,P=0.852); ②2組患者的臨床療效比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-1.673,P=0.125); ③2組患者安全性等級(jí)比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-0.528,P=0.597)。結(jié)論:低濃度醫(yī)用臭氧注射治療軟組織損傷疼痛的療效及安全性與糖皮質(zhì)激素局部封閉治療相當(dāng)。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of local injection of medical ozone with low concentration on soft tissue injury pain. Methods:One hundred and seven patients with soft tissue injury were randomly divided into 2 groups,55 cases in the experimental group were administrated with local injection of medical ozone with low concentration,while the others in the control group were administrated with local blocking therapy of glucocorticoid.The soft tissue injury pain scores and clinical curative effects of the patients were evaluated according to the self-designed soft tissue injury pain scale before the treatment and one month after the last treatment respectively.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions for the patients were observed strictly during the process of the treatment,and the adverse reactions of the patients were classified according to the self-designed standards.Results:①There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups in pain scores before the treatment and in the different values of pain scores before and after the treatment(t=0.592,P=0.875; t=-0.187,P=0.852).②There was no statistical difference in the clinical curative effects of the patients between the 2 groups(Z=-1.673,P=0.125).③There was no statistical difference in safety levels of the patients between the 2 groups(Z=-0.528,P=0.597).Conclusion:Compared with local blocking therapy with glucocorticoid,the injection of medical ozone with low concentration has approximate curative effect and safety on soft tissue injury pain.
