摘要:

目的:探討痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)病特征、證素組合、證型分布特點(diǎn)。方法:對(duì)319例痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的病例四診信息運(yùn)用文鋒中醫(yī)輔助軟件判斷證素; SPSS15.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件包進(jìn)行聚類分析,再對(duì)每類進(jìn)行主成分分析,判定證型及主要證侯。結(jié)果:出現(xiàn)頻率較高的證侯有跖趾關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、踝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、關(guān)節(jié)腫、活動(dòng)不利、舌紅、局部灼熱感、舌舌苔黃、脈弦、灼痛、關(guān)節(jié)紅、痛處固定、失眠、夜間痛甚。痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的證素構(gòu)成:筋骨、腎、肌膚、肝、濕、血瘀、熱、陰虛、痰、血虛、氣虛、陽(yáng)虛。最后歸納出6個(gè)基本證型。結(jié)論:根據(jù)本次研究結(jié)果結(jié)合臨床,認(rèn)為本病分為6型較為合理。

Abstract:

Objective: To study pathogenesis characteristics,syndrome factor combination,syndrome type distribution characteristics of gouty arthritis, Methods:The syndromefactors of 319 gouty arthritis were judged according to the four diagnostic information using WenFeng traditional Chinese medicine suppout software; SPSS15.0 statistical software package was used for clustering analysis, analysing main component of the each type, judging syndrome type and the main syndrome. Results: High frequency evidence included metatarsophalangeal joint pain, ankle pain, joint swelling,activities unfavorable and red tongue, local difficulty during urination, coating on the yellow, pulse string, burn, joint red, pain is fixed, insomnia, and night more pain. The syndrome factor combination of The Gouty arthritis: bones and muscles, kidney, skin, liver, wet, blood stasis, heat, phlegm, deficiency of Yin, Yang, qi and blood deficiency. Six basic Syndrome types were inducted and summaried finally. Conclusion: According to clinical and the conclusion of the research, the disease is more reasonable to divided into 6 type.
