摘要:
目的:觀察加味桃紅四物湯預防股骨頸骨折全髖關節(jié)置換術后預防深靜脈血栓形成的療效及安全性。方法:將64名患者隨機分為兩組,分別于術后予以加味桃紅四物湯和低分子肝素鈣,觀察指標為術后第8天行DVUS檢查,觀察DVT的發(fā)生率; 安全指標為血小板和凝血指標的變化。結果:治療組DVT陽性5例(5/32,15.6%), 對照組DVT陽性7例(7/32,21.9%),差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05); 兩組血小板、凝血指標差值差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:加味桃紅四物湯預防股骨頸骨折全髖關節(jié)置換術后深靜脈血栓形成的療效與低分子肝素鈣相當,但安全性更高。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safty of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after total hip replacement for femoral neck fracture.Methods:Totally 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups and respectively administered modified Taohong Siwu Decoction or low molecular weight heparin.The incidence of DVT was observed by DVUS 8 days after operation,platelet and coagulation index were chosed as safety indicator.Results:DVT presented in 5 cases in treatment group(5/32,15.6%),7 cases in control group(7/32,21.9%),there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).There were statistical differences in platelet and coagulation index(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction is equal to low molecular weight heparin in prevention of DVT after total hip replacement for femoral neck fracture and superior to the latter in safty.
