摘要:
目的:探討骨橋蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎關(guān)節(jié)滑液中的表達(dá)及其臨床意義。方法:檢測(cè)膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)患者和創(chuàng)傷骨折患者膝關(guān)節(jié)滑液中OPN的含量,并加以比較。結(jié)果:OA組關(guān)節(jié)滑液中OPN含量為(3978.7±459.1)ng·L-1,對(duì)照組關(guān)節(jié)滑液中OPN含量為(874. 2±259.3)ng·L-1,兩組數(shù)值經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。兩組關(guān)節(jié)液中OPN含量與OA的病變嚴(yán)重程度(關(guān)節(jié)鏡下分級(jí)),經(jīng)Spearman等級(jí)相關(guān)檢驗(yàn),兩者呈正相關(guān)(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:OPN與膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)病和發(fā)展有關(guān)。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of osteopontin(OPN)in in synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Content of OPN in synovial fluid was measured and compared from the patients with knee osteoarthritis and with fracture.Results:Synovial fluid OPN in OA group was 3978.7±459.1 ng·L-1,874. 2±259.31 ng·L-1 in the fracture group.There was significant difference between the 2 groups by statistical analysis(P<0.05).Subsequent analysis showed that the OPN level in synovial fluid significantly was correlated with severity of disease(P<0.05)by Spearman rank correlation method.Conclusion:The data suggest that expression of OPN in synovial fluid is related to progressive joint damage.
