摘要:
目的:探討血瘀量化評(píng)分與老年男性骨密度的相關(guān)性,為臨床治療老年男性骨質(zhì)疏松癥提供更好的中醫(yī)理論參考及有效治 療法則。方法:選擇109例年齡≥60歲的老年男性作為研究對(duì)象,測(cè)定其腰椎和股骨骨密度T值。取L2～ L4骨密度的平均值作為腰椎總體骨密度; 取左股骨頸、大轉(zhuǎn)子及Ward's區(qū)骨密度平均值作為股骨總體骨密度。同時(shí) 對(duì)所有研究對(duì)象參照陳可冀血瘀證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢查,計(jì)算其血瘀評(píng)分。分別對(duì)患者的年齡、血瘀評(píng)分與骨密度進(jìn)行直 線相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果:腰椎骨密度與年齡、血瘀評(píng)分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.327,P=0.001; r=-0.405,P=0.000),股骨骨密度與年齡、血瘀 評(píng)分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.601,P=0.000; r=-0.716,P=0.000)。結(jié)論:老年男性骨質(zhì)疏松的發(fā)生與血瘀密切相關(guān),隨著血瘀程度加重,老 年男性骨質(zhì)疏松程度亦會(huì)加重。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the correlations between quantitative scores of blood stasis and bone mineral density(BMD)in elderly males for the purpose of providing better TCM theoretical reference and effective therapeutic principles for the clinical treatment on osteoporosis in elderly males.Methods:One hundred and nine elderly males aged over 60 years were chosen as research objects,and BMD T-values of their lumbar vertebrae and femur were measured.The average BMD values in the L2-L4 regions were measured as overall BMD of lumbar vertebrae,and the average BMD values in the neck,greater trochanter and Ward's regions of left femur were measured as overall femoral BMD.Meanwhile,all the objects were inspected according to the items listed in the diagnostic criteria for blood stasis formulated by Chen keji at the aim of measuring their blood stasis scores.The ages,blood stasis scores and BMD of the objects were processed with the linear correlation analysis.Results:There was a negative correlation between BMD in lumbar vertebrae and,ages(r=- 0.327,P=0.001),and between BMD in lumbar vertebrae and blood stasis scores(r=-0.405,P=0.000).There was a negative correlation between femoral BMD and ages(r=-0.601,P=0.000),and between femoral BMD and blood stasis scores(r=-0.716,P=0.000).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the occurrence of osteoporosis in elderly males and the blood stasis.The degree of osteoporosis will increase accompanied with the increase of degree of blood stasis.
