摘要:
目的:觀察丹桂五蟲散治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病的臨床療效。方法:將70例神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者隨機分為丹桂五蟲散治療組和根痛平顆粒對照組,每組各35例,以每組患者治療前后主要癥狀、體征作為觀察指標,進行臨床療效觀察和對比。結果:丹桂五蟲散能明顯改善神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者頸臂疼痛、肢體麻木癥狀及椎間孔擠壓體征,并且臨床療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結論:丹桂五蟲散能有效地改善神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者臨床癥狀及體征,改善生活質量。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Dan Gui Wu Chong San in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:A total of 70 patients with CSR were enrolled and randomly divided into Dan Gui Wu Chong San experimental group(n=35)and Gen Tong Ping control group(n=35).To make Clinical Observation and comparision by use the main symptoms and signs of before and after treatment as main outcome mersurers.Results:Dan Gui Wu Chong San can Obviously improve pain of neck and arms、limbs numbness、intervertebral foraminal extrusion sign of.Conclusion:Dan Gui Wu Chong San can effectively improved the clinical symptoms and signs of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy patients,and improve quality of life.
