摘要:
目的:觀察醫(yī)用可吸收膜和玻璃酸鈉在肌腱修復(fù)術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:隨機(jī)將手部Ⅱ區(qū)指屈肌腱損傷患者分為醫(yī)用可吸收膜組(A組)、玻璃酸鈉組(B組)和對(duì)照組(C組),觀察測量術(shù)后3周、8周和12周時(shí)手指總活動(dòng)度(TAM),比較三組差異。結(jié)果:術(shù)后3周拆除石膏,三組患者TAM優(yōu)良率之間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),術(shù)后8周測量TAM醫(yī)用可吸收膜組和玻璃酸鈉組均明顯優(yōu)于常規(guī)對(duì)照組(P<0.05),其中醫(yī)用可吸收膜組又優(yōu)于玻璃酸鈉組(P<0.05); 術(shù)后12周測量TAM醫(yī)用可吸收膜組和玻璃酸鈉組仍明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:醫(yī)用可吸收膜和玻璃酸鈉均可有效防止肌腱粘連,早期效果前者優(yōu)于后者,建議肌腱修復(fù)術(shù)中應(yīng)用防粘連材料,醫(yī)用可吸收膜可能是更好的選擇。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe application Effect between Medical absorbable membrane and Sodium hyaluronate in Tendon repairing.Methods:From February 2008 to March 2010,to divide 114 cases of Flexor tendon injury in zone Ⅱ to three groups randomly; group of Medical absorbable membrane(group A),group of Sodium hyaluronate(group B)and the control group(group C); to Measure and Compare change of the total active movement(TAM)after 3 weeks、8 weeks and 12 weeks.Results:No statistical differences were found in terms of TAM among three groups after 3 weeks(P>0.05); group A and group B were superior over group C in change of TAM after 8 weeks(P<0.05); In addition group A were superior over group B(P<0.05); The same conclusion was obtained after 12 weeks.Conclusion:Medical absorbable membrane and Sodium hyaluronate have good clinic curative effects in Tendon repairing to prevent Tendon adhesion; the former is better than the latter; to suggest using Anti-adhesion materials in Tendon repairing operation, Medical absorbable membrane is the best choice.
