摘要:
目的:觀察自制中藥骨痹靈片治療腰椎骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將120例腰椎骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎病人隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組。治療組口服骨痹靈片,對照組口服氨糖美辛, 1周為1個(gè)療程,共治療3個(gè)療程。結(jié)果:兩組患者治療后疼痛癥狀均較治療前明顯減輕,兩組治療前后VAS評分比較均差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01),治療組和對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05); 治療組的有效率為93.3%,對照組有效率為95.0%,兩組療效差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論:骨痹靈片可以治療腰椎骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎,療效與氨糖美辛相近。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Gubiling pills, the self-developed traditional Chinese medicine, in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.Methods:120 cases of lumbar osteoarthritis, were randomly classified into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated with gubiling pills, and the control group was treated with antangmeixin pills, 1 week as a course of treatment, 3 courses in both.Results:Compared with that before treatment, the pain symptom were significantly alleviated in both groups. The VAS score of both groups was significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),but there were no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05); The rate of therapeutic effectiveness in treatment group and control group were 93.3% and 95.0% respectively without showing significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Gubilin pills could treat lumber osteoarthritis, with efficacy similar to antangmeixin pills.
