摘要:

目的:觀察關(guān)節(jié)松動術(shù)結(jié)合電針治療肩周炎的臨床療效。方法:將60例符合要求的肩周炎患者隨機(jī)分為2組,每組30例。治 療組先采用電針治療,然后采用關(guān)節(jié)松動術(shù)治療; 對照組僅采用電針治療。同時于每次治療后指導(dǎo)2組患者進(jìn)行“爬墻”、體后 拉手、內(nèi)收外展肩關(guān)節(jié)等自我功能鍛煉。按美國加州大學(xué)肩關(guān)節(jié)評分系統(tǒng)于首次治療前及10次治療后分別評估2組患者臨床療效 。結(jié)果:治療前2組患者肩關(guān)節(jié)功能評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=-1.386,P=0.171),有可比性; 10次治療后2組患者的肩關(guān)節(jié)功 能評分均有提高(t=-12.40,P=0.000; t=-10.35,P=0.000),治療組患者的評分較對照組提高更明顯(t=2.120,P=0.024)。結(jié)論:關(guān) 節(jié)松動術(shù)配合電針治療肩周炎療效確切,值得推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract:

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of joint mobilization combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:Sixty patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were administrated with electroacupuncture and joint mobilization,while the others in the control group were administrated with electroacupuncture only.After each treatment,patients in the 2 groups were guided to carry out the following functional exercises as“climbing the walls”,holding hands after their bodies,adducting and abducting their shoulder joints.The clinical curative effects of the patients in the 2 groups were evaluated according to the shoulder-joint scoring system established by University of California before the initial treatment and after the 10th treatment respectively.Results:There was no statistical difference in the shoulder function scores of the patients between the 2 groups before the treatment(t=-1.386,P=0.171),and there was comparability for the 2 groups.After the 10th treatment,the shoulder function scores of the 2 groups improved (t=-12.40,P=0.000; t=-10.35,P=0.000),and scores of patients in the treatment group improved more significantly than those in the control group(t=2.120,P=0.024).Conclusion:The method of joint mobilization combined with electroacupuncture has definite curative effects on periarthritis of shoulder,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
