摘要:
目的:觀察規(guī)范手法治療第三腰椎橫突綜合征的臨床療效。方法:應用多中心、隨機對照的方法納入114例第三腰椎橫突綜合征患者,治療組77例,對照組37例。治療組采用規(guī)范手法配合功能鍛煉治療,對照組采用調制中頻理療儀配合功能鍛煉治療。分別于治療前和第1次治療后第14天對所有患者行JOA腰痛疾患評分和視覺模擬疼痛評分,計算治療前后評分差值。并以JOA評分計算改善率進行總體療效評定。結果:①治療組治療前后視覺模擬疼痛評分及JOA評分差值大于對照組(t=3.400,P=0.001; t=5.639,P=0.000)。②治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組(Z=-6.895,P=0.000)。結論:規(guī)范手法治療第三腰椎橫突綜合征的療效優(yōu)于調制中頻理療儀治療,是治療第三腰椎橫突綜合征的有效方法,值得臨床學習與推廣應用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of normalized manipulations in the treatment of the third lumbar vertebrae syndrome.Methods:One hundred and fourteen patients with the third lumbar vertebrae syndrome were included into the multicentric randomized control trial.Seventy-seven patients in the treatment group were administrated with normalized manipulations combined with functional exercise,while the others in the control group were administrated with modulated medium frequency physiotherapeutic instrument combined with functional exercise.Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)scores of waist disorders and visual analogue scores(VAS)of the patients were evaluated before the treatment and the fourth day after the first trearment respectively,and the results were used to calculate the score differences before and after the treatment.The total curative effects were evaluated according to the improvement rate of JOA scores.Results:①JOA score differences and VAS score differences before and after the treatment of treatment group were higher than those of control group respectively(t=3.400,P=0.001; t=5.639,P=0.000).②The curative effects of treatment group were better than those of control group(Z=-6.895,P=0.000).Conclusion:Normalized manipulations,whose curative effects are better than those of modulated medium frequency physiotherapeutic instrument,is an effective method in the treatment of the third lumbar vertebrae syndrome,and it is worth popularizing in the clinic study and application.
