目的:初步考評(píng)神經(jīng)根型頸椎病“病證結(jié)合”評(píng)價(jià)量表的信度。方法:采用訪談式測(cè)量風(fēng)寒濕阻型、瘀血阻滯型、肝腎虧虛型以及氣血兩虛型神經(jīng)根型頸椎病患者。受試者入選后,在當(dāng)天由2名醫(yī)師分別完成對(duì)同一受試者的測(cè)評(píng); 首次測(cè)評(píng)24 h后由其中1名醫(yī)師再次對(duì)該受試者進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)。評(píng)價(jià)該量表的重測(cè)信度、評(píng)定者間信度和內(nèi)部一致性信度。結(jié)果:共納入120例神經(jīng)根型頸椎病受試者,其中45例完成量表的重測(cè),各因子、分量表和總量表重測(cè)Spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.697～0.990之間,P值為0.000～0.006。各因子、分量表和總量表評(píng)定者之間測(cè)評(píng)Spearman 相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.794～0.997之間,P值均為0.000。各因子及分量表的內(nèi)部一致性用Cronbach's α系數(shù)表示,在0.413～0.934之間,若刪除條目后,該條目所在的因子或分量表Cronbach's α系數(shù)大都減小。結(jié)論:該量表具有較好的重測(cè)信度、評(píng)定者間信度和內(nèi)部一致性信度。
- Abstract:

Objective:To do preliminary research on the reliability of the disease and syndrome combined scale on nerve-root cervical spondylosis(CS).Methods:Nerve-root CS patients who are differentiated as the pattens of blockage by wind cold and dampness, blood staganation, deficiency of kidney and liver, or deficiency of both qi and blood, were investigated in face-to-face format. These patients were tested by two doctors separatedly and retested by one of the doctor after 24 hours. Value the test-retest reliability, inter-rater reliability and internal consistency reliability of this scale.Results:120 nerve-root CS patients were investigated, 45 of which completed the retest after 24 hours. Test-retest Spearman correlation coefficient of factors, subscales and scale are between 0.697～0.997(P=0.000～0.006). Inter-rater Spearman correlation coefficient of factors, subscales and sclale are between 0.794～0.997(P=0.000). Cronbach's alpha coefficient which is used to examine the internal consistency reliability of the factors and subscales are between 0.413～0.934. If some item is deleted, the related factors or subscale's Cronbach's alpha coefficient would decrease in most cases.Conclusion:This scale has good test-retest reliability, inter-rater reliability and internal consistency reliability.
