摘要:
目的:觀察溫針灸配合腦電仿生儀治療頸性眩暈的臨床療效。方法:將符合要求的91例患者隨機(jī)分為2組,觀察組46例,對照組45例。觀察組采用溫針灸配合腦電仿生儀治療,對照組采用單純溫針灸治療。分別于治療前及2個(gè)療程后,采用頸性眩暈癥狀與功能評估量表對患者進(jìn)行癥狀功能評分,同時(shí)于2個(gè)療程后進(jìn)行總體療效評定。結(jié)果:①2組患者治療前癥狀與功能評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.494,P=0.622),治療后2組評分均有提高,但觀察組評分增加值大于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-5.692,P=0.000); ②經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn),觀察組療效優(yōu)于對照組(Z=-2.046,P=0.041)。結(jié)論:溫針灸配合腦電仿生儀可明顯改善頸性眩暈患者臨床癥狀,療效優(yōu)于單純溫針灸治療。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of needle warming moxibustion combined with brain electrical activity bionic instrument on cervical vertigo.Methods:91 patients met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,45 cases in observation group,while the others in control group.Patients in the observation group were administrated with needle warming moxibustion combined with brain electrical activity bionic instrument,while the others in the control group were administrated with needle warming moxibustion only.Symptoms and functions of the patients were scored according to the evaluation scale for cervical vertigo before treatment and after 2 courses of treatment respectively,and the total curative effects of the patients were evaluated after 2 courses of treatment.Results:①There was no statistical difference in the scores of symptoms and functions before treatment between the 2 groups(t=0.494,P=0.622).The scores of the 2 groups were all increased after treatment,and the increase value of scores of observation group were higher than that of control group(t=-5.692,P=0.000).②According to the rank test,the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(Z=-2.046,P=0.041).Conclusion:The method of needle warming moxibustion combined with brain electrical activity bionic instrument is effective in improving clinical symptoms for the patients with cervical vertigo obviously,and its curative effect is better than that of using needle warming moxibustion only.
