摘要:
目的:探討血清NO水平與老年男性骨質(zhì)疏松癥發(fā)病的關(guān)系。方法:對符合要求的32例老年男性骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者(骨質(zhì)疏松組)和31例老年男性非骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者(非骨質(zhì)疏松組)進(jìn)行骨密度和血清NO含量檢測,分析血清NO水平與老年男性骨密度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:骨質(zhì)疏松組血清NO水平明顯低于非骨質(zhì)疏松組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=19.323,P=0.000)。結(jié)論:血清NO在男性骨質(zhì)疏松癥的發(fā)病中起重要作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum nitric oxide(NO)level and morbility of osteoporosis(OP)in older men.Methods:32 older male patients with osteoporosis(OP group)and 31 older male patients without osteoporosis(non-OP group)were administrated with detection of bone mineral density(BMD)and serum NO content,and the relationship between serum NO level and BMD of older men was analyzed.Results:Serum NO level of patients in OP group was lower than that of patients in non-OP group obviously and there was statistical difference between the 2 groups(t=19.323,P=0.000).Conclusion:Serum NO plays an important role in the morbility of male osteoporosis.
