摘要:
目的:觀察膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后應(yīng)用止痛四物湯治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將62例符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者隨機(jī)分為2組,每組31例。在關(guān)節(jié)鏡下行關(guān)節(jié)清理術(shù)后,Ⅰ組患者口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖片,Ⅱ組患者口服中藥止痛四物湯。分別于治療前、治療后1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月及6個(gè)月采用膝關(guān)節(jié)功能計(jì)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)兩組患者的關(guān)節(jié)功能進(jìn)行評(píng)分。結(jié)果:兩組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評(píng)分經(jīng)重復(fù)測(cè)量方差分析,存在分組效應(yīng)(F=3.553,P=0.001)和時(shí)間效應(yīng)(F=4.015,P=0.001)。不同時(shí)點(diǎn)評(píng)分比較:治療前和治療后1個(gè)月兩組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.336,P=0.257); 治療后3個(gè)月Ⅱ組評(píng)分高于Ⅰ組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.021); 治療后6個(gè)月Ⅱ組評(píng)分高于Ⅰ組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.008)。結(jié)論:膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后應(yīng)用硫酸氨基葡萄糖片和止痛四物湯均能緩解膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能,但止痛四物湯的中期療效優(yōu)于硫酸氨基葡萄糖片。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the curative effect of ZHITONG SIWU decoction(止痛四物湯)on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)after arthroscopy.Methods:62 KOA patients met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,31 cases in each group.After arthroscopic debridement,patients in groupⅠwere administrated with glucosamine sulfate tablets(GST),while the others in groupⅡwere administrated with ZHITONG SIWU decoction(止痛四物湯).Joint functions of the patients in the 2 groups were scored according to knee function scoring criteria before treatment,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment respectively.Results:Repeated Measures Analysis of Variance(ANOVA)was used in analyzing the knee joint function scores of the patients in the 2 groups.The analytic result displayed that there were group effect(F=3.553,P=0.001)and time effect(F=4.015,P=0.001).The scores were compared in different time points:there was no statistical difference between the 2 groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment(P=0.336,P=0.257); 3 months after treatment,scores of groupⅡwere higher than those of groupⅠ,there was statistical difference between the 2 groups(P=0.021); 6 months after treatment,scores of groupⅡwere higher than those of groupⅠ(P=0.008).Conclusion:Although GST and ZHITONG SIWU decoction(止痛四物湯)all perform well on pain relief of knee joint and improvement of knee function for KOA patients after arthroscopic debridement,the medium-term effect of ZHITONG SIWU decoction(止痛四物湯)was better than that of GST.
