摘要:
目的:觀察口服筋骨痛寧膠囊配合中藥薰洗治療早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將符合要求的120例患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(A組)和對(duì)照組(B組),每組60例。A組采用口服筋骨痛寧膠囊配合中藥薰洗治療; B組患者進(jìn)行玻璃酸鈉關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)注射。治療1個(gè)療程后進(jìn)行觀察隨訪,于治療結(jié)束后第12個(gè)月時(shí)觀察記錄2組患者療效積分,評(píng)價(jià)其臨床療效。結(jié)果:A組療效優(yōu)于B組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=7.295,P=0.007)。結(jié)論:筋骨痛寧膠囊口服配合中藥薰洗可有效緩解早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的臨床癥狀,促進(jìn)肢體功能恢復(fù)。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of oral JINGUTONGNIN capsule(JGTN)combined with steaming and wash with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on early knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:120 patients met the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(group A)and control group(group B),60 cases in each group.Patients in group A were administrated with oral JGTN capsule combined with steaming and wash with TCM,while the others in group B were administrated with intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate. All patients were followed up after one course of treatment.The curative effect scores of the 2 groups were recorded at the 12nd month after the treatment.Results:The curative effect of group A was better than that of group B,and there was statistical difference between the 2 groups(χ2=7.295,P=0.007).Conclusion:The method of oral JGTN capsule combined with steaming and wash with TCM is effective in relieving the clinical symptoms for the early KOA patients and promoting the recovery of limb functions.
