摘要:

目的:探討頸椎間孔阻滯為主治療頸源性肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎的臨床療效。方法:將60例頸源性肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎患者隨機分為治療組和對照組,對照組給予頸椎牽引加肩部功能鍛煉,治療組在頸椎間孔阻滯聯(lián)合肩部手法治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以頸椎牽引加肩部功能鍛煉。觀察兩組治療前后VAS評分數(shù)和肩關(guān)節(jié)活動度。結(jié)果:兩組患者疼痛較治療前都有明顯減輕,VAS評分明顯降低(P<0.05),但治療組較對照組療效更佳(P<0.05 ); 治療組在改善肩關(guān)節(jié)活動度方面的療效也明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P<0.05 )。結(jié)論:頸椎間孔阻滯為主治療頸源性肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎療效滿意,效果確切。

Abstract:

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cervical.Methods:60 cases of cervical periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups, which were control group(cervical traction and shoulder functional exercise)and treatment group(shoulder manipulation treatment after intervertebral foramen block, cervical traction and shoulder functional exercise),and were observed by Visual Analougue Scale(VAS)and shoulder activity degree.Results:After treatment, both group experienced marked pain relief,and had a significantly reduced VAS(P<0.05).And after four weeks follow up, treatment group shows much better results than control one.(P<0.05). Treatment group has a better efficacy in improving limited shoulder range of motion than that in control one(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical periarthritis of shoulder treated mainly with intervertebral foramen block has a good efficacy.
